Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Receive and process telephone and in-person customer orders
• Prepare food products and stock ingredients from storage to work areas
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain a clean facility
• Handle cash transactions and make correct monetary change
• Complete inventory tasks and associated paperwork

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Strong verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
