About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the project lifecycle by processing quotes, orders, shipments, billing, and credits
- Handle a high volume of inquiries from internal and external customers, including sales and operations teams
- Coordinate with transportation, engineering, and finance to ensure smooth project progression
- Record sales orders, rental agreements, and customer "ship to" information
- Monitor order status and communicate backorders immediately to the sales team
- Process returns, invoicing, and documentation for import/export shipments
- Run system reports to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Work closely with operations to maintain inventory accuracy
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of experience in a relevant area of responsibility
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Email, Excel, Word)
- Basic math skills and knowledge of invoicing processes
- Previous customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong multitasking skills
- Ability to work the scheduled shift of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
