About the role
Responsibilities
- Enter and update freight information and tracking systems
- Process pickup orders via phone and email
- Schedule and confirm delivery appointments
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and monitor emails
- Route freight to drivers in designated service areas
- Resolve customer service issues and shipment concerns
- Coordinate with internal departments to address service failures
- Perform general office and administrative duties
Requirements
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred
- 2 years of administrative or office experience preferred

- Experience in logistics, freight, dispatching, or transportation
