Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and processing items
- Build rapport quickly while providing accurate, timely information
- Identify and resolve issues by following clear processes and guidelines
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- Clear, confident verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy under time pressure
- Empathy and patience when assisting people in challenging situations
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems (typing speed 20 WPM or higher)
- Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
