About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate telephone referrals and verify eligibility criteria and funding for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services
- Process client orders and inquiries via telephone or walk-in, including showroom sales
- Maintain accurate customer information, account setups, and pricing data
- Support Territory Managers by balancing inside sales duties with customer service tasks
- Collect payments, perform daily cash reconciliation, and prepare bank deposits
- Track customer orders in JDE to ensure successful delivery and billing
- Manage daily outgoing mail
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Proven ability to manage relationships with new and existing customers
- Commitment to safety
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales
