Customer Service Representative/Customer Care Associate

Responsibilities

• Coordinate telephone referrals and verify eligibility criteria and funding for home oxygen therapy and related healthcare services
• Process client orders and inquiries via telephone or walk-in, including showroom sales
• Maintain accurate customer information, account setups, and pricing data
• Support Territory Managers by balancing inside sales duties with customer service tasks
• Collect payments, perform daily cash reconciliation, and prepare bank deposits
• Track customer orders in JDE to ensure successful delivery and billing
• Manage daily outgoing mail

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills
• Proven ability to manage relationships with new and existing customers
• Commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales
