Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound calls to potential clients to present services and facilitate appointment booking
• Convert leads by effectively communicating the value proposition of aesthetic medicine treatments
• Manage inbound inquiries via phone, web, and email
• Provide consultative sales and high-end "white glove" service to educate patients and handle objections
• Organize and confirm consultation and treatment appointments
• Maintain accurate prospect and appointment data within CRM systems
• Analyze outbound call performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the CRM Manager to develop automations, processes, and training strategies for a centralized contact center

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High level of English proficiency (Spanish is an asset)
• Ability to multitask and meet performance goals
• Interest in aesthetic medicine
• Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales is an asset
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an asset
