Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective clients to guide them through the booking process
• Convert leads into bookings by communicating the value proposition of medical aesthetics treatments
• Manage inbound inquiries via telephone, web, and email
• Provide a "white glove" consultative selling experience to educate patients on services
• Schedule and confirm consultation and treatment appointments
• Maintain accurate lead and appointment data within CRM systems
• Monitor outbound calling metrics and performance indicators
• Assist in developing training materials for the centralized customer contact center
• Collaborate with the CRM lead to pilot and optimize contact center processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Interest in medical aesthetics
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to multitask and meet individual sales metrics
• Strong proficiency in English; Spanish is an asset
