Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between customers and the company, managing inquiries regarding pricing, products, inventory, and delivery.
• Process, monitor, and follow up on customer purchase orders and manage invoicing and collections.
• Provide administrative support by informing customers and sales teams of order statuses and material lead times.
• Manage showroom operations, including scheduling visits, maintaining supplies, and recording visitors in Salesforce.
• Support the sales team with sample shipments and stock monitoring to help achieve sales targets.
• Perform data analysis in SAP as requested by management.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Service.
• 2+ years of experience with invoicing and order entry.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or distribution industries.
• College degree.
• Experience using SAP, ERP, or other order management systems.
