About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the "order-to-cash" process, ensuring precise execution and timely issue resolution.
- Develop deep customer relationships to earn trust and understand emerging needs.
- Collaborate with account managers and application engineers to create new business opportunities.
- Act as the account team's information hub by summarizing internal and external intelligence.
- Create valuable data sets and visuals to support business performance reviews and strategy formulation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Economics, Semiconductor, Electronics, Chemistry, Material Sciences, Glass Science, Optics, or Physics.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in the Electronics, Semiconductor, or Display industry.
- Proven experience in roles requiring extensive quantitative analysis and data interpretation.
- Extensive knowledge of international trade and order management.
- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and database management).
- Experience working within Asian, specifically Chinese, business cultures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively across complex, matrixed organizational structures.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in roles involving mechanical or optic expertise.
