About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide product and service assistance to customers and consumers to ensure high-quality experiences
- Manage customer accounts by monitoring orders and informing leadership of pertinent activities
- Provide accurate information regarding pricing, market conditions, and product updates
- Resolve inquiries concerning quality, delivery, product availability, and billing
- Offer technical product information and recommend alternative materials when necessary
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize customer experience
- Assist with training and onboarding for new employees and CSRs
- Contribute to process improvements and special projects
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of direct customer and consumer support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
- Experience with telecom software
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in the building products industry
- Knowledge of dealer, distribution, or two-step channel segments
