About the role

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage order entries
  • Generate sales leads and identify customer needs
  • Prepare daily order schedules for warehouse staff
  • Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams
  • Process transactions including payments and credits
  • Service customers via telephone, email, and in person
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products, shipping, and warranty
  • Support the outside sales team with product knowledge

Requirements

  • Completion of Grade 12, GED, or technical training
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
  • Customer-focused attitude and professionalism
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of building materials and construction techniques
