Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and in person to resolve queries professionally
• Represent company warranties and charging policies, communicating payments due for field technician visits
• Enter accurate data and service issue documentation into AccuQuote software
• Process payments for chargeable services and ensure accuracy of all parts entered
• Document notes from service technicians and process paperwork to completion
• Coordinate with internal departments including sales, dispatch, production control, and distribution
• Maintain and create Department Operating Procedures

Requirements

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience in building products
• Warranty claim experience
