About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate accurate quotations, purchase orders, and work orders
- Perform data entry for orders into Oracle
- Coordinate scheduling and delivery for multiple plant sites
- Provide product knowledge and customer support
- Manage claims, account reconciliation, and transactions
- Handle inbound calls to assist with customer needs
- Act as a liaison between manufacturing and customers
- Assist outside sales with quoting
Requirements
- High math aptitude for calculating square footage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to read building drawings
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Minimum 2-year post-secondary education
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of construction products sales experience
- Previous roofing experience
- Bilingual skills
