About the role

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate accurate quotations, purchase orders, and work orders
  • Perform data entry for orders into Oracle
  • Coordinate scheduling and delivery for multiple plant sites
  • Provide product knowledge and customer support
  • Manage claims, account reconciliation, and transactions
  • Handle inbound calls to assist with customer needs
  • Act as a liaison between manufacturing and customers
  • Assist outside sales with quoting

Requirements

  • High math aptitude for calculating square footage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to read building drawings
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Minimum 2-year post-secondary education

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of construction products sales experience
  • Previous roofing experience
  • Bilingual skills
