About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide immediate customer service and incident resolution for Metrobús Line 5 users.
- Follow up on reported incidents through analysis within a 72-hour period.
- Capture and register information in Excel based on manually completed incident forms.
- Organize and store physical and digital files in the appropriate folders.
- Manage basic PC tasks and office tools, including Word, Excel, and email.
- Rotate periodically between morning and afternoon shifts and different work modules.
Requirements
- High school diploma (Bachillerato) or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Residency in the South CDMX area or easy access to Metrobús Line 5 (Coyoacán, Tlalpan, Iztapalapa, or stations Circuito Cuemanco/La Virgen) is preferred.
