About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients via phone and email to provide service and assistance
- Educate potential customers on Business Bonds and Insurance Products
- Proactively follow up on leads and in-progress applications
- Maintain accurate customer records and interactions in the CRM system
- Process and track applications, renewals, and policy updates
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain organized client records
- Assist in preparing reports, documentation, and client communications
- Support the team with invoicing and other administrative tasks
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for high-volume phone work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Ability to manage and create sales reports
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a CRM system
- Experience in an office environment
