Responsibilities

  • Review and process DOHMH license applications and relevant information
  • Perform clerical work including data processing, recording, and maintaining records
  • Check records for accuracy and conformity with established policies
  • Perform mathematical computations while processing payments
  • Provide high-volume customer service to applicants in person and via phone
  • Assist applicants with interagency communication to resolve licensing issues
  • Answer telephone calls, emails, and written correspondence
  • Attend seminars, meetings, and trainings

Requirements
