About the role
Responsibilities
- Enter new load orders into proprietary web-based software
- Initiate check calls to track and trace drivers on pickups and deliveries
- Communicate internally with drivers to ensure accurate documentation
- Monitor freight via multiple websites to ensure accurate delivery times
- Notify customers of potential delays
- Maintain and collect proper paperwork for each shipment
- Work with Sales and Dispatch to resolve customer issues
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, operations, data entry, call center, dispatch, or logistics
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree
- Call center experience
