About the role

Responsibilities

  • Enter new load orders into proprietary web-based software
  • Conduct check calls to track and trace drivers
  • Communicate with drivers regarding documentation and updates
  • Monitor freight movement and notify customers of delays
  • Maintain and organize shipment paperwork
  • Collaborate with Sales and Dispatch to troubleshoot customer concerns
  • Provide shipment status updates to customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, operations, data entry, or logistics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Google Drive
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry
