About the role
Responsibilities
- Enter new load orders into proprietary web-based software
- Conduct check calls to track and trace drivers
- Communicate with drivers regarding documentation and updates
- Monitor freight movement and notify customers of delays
- Maintain and organize shipment paperwork
- Collaborate with Sales and Dispatch to troubleshoot customer concerns
- Provide shipment status updates to customers
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, operations, data entry, or logistics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Google Drive
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher
- Previous experience in the logistics or transportation industry
- Experience in a call center or high-volume environment
- Familiarity with logistics software
