Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for agents regarding new business quotes, policy changes, and account inquiries
• Process and issue incoming email requests for new line quotes, endorsements, and cancellations
• Support the Agency Services phone team by providing superior customer service in a high-volume contact center environment
• Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems efficiently
• Navigate multiple systems and applications to research and resolve agent requests
• Maintain established productivity, service, and quality standards
• Cross-sell coverage to round out accounts and provide support to the Team Specialist

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
• Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications
• Ability to multitask and manage competing demands
• Experience in a high-volume contact center is preferred
• Property and Casualty insurance experience is a plus
