Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for agents by processing quotes, policy changes, and account inquiries
• Process incoming email requests for new line quotes, endorsements, and cancellations of personal lines policies
• Support the Agency Services phone team by providing superior customer service in a high-volume contact center environment
• Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems efficiently
• Navigate multiple systems and applications to research and resolve agent requests
• Maintain established levels of productivity, service, and quality standards
• Cross-sell coverage to round out accounts and assist with departmental training as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus)
• Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing demands
• Experience in a high-volume contact center is a plus
• Property and Casualty insurance experience is a plus
