About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of incoming calls and email inquiries from customers
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for all new customers
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information regarding services and billing
  • Maintain and update customer records and account information after each interaction
  • Handle customer complaints with a positive attitude, providing appropriate solutions and follow-ups
  • Communicate billing due dates and payment methods clearly to ensure customer awareness
  • Maintain outbound call KPIs as established by leadership

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of related customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer software applications
  • Familiarity with customer service best practices, processes, and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with a CRM system
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
