About the role
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and credit card transactions through a centralized call system
- Manage a high volume of calls with a focus on service excellence
- Collaborate with quality control, sales, and production teams to ensure timely product delivery
- Address customer inquiries by providing accurate information and effective solutions
- Observe production processes at facilities or jobsites to build product knowledge
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
- 1-3 years of experience in dispatching within a similar industry
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Proficiency with digital tools and app management on iOS and Android platforms
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
