Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and credit card transactions efficiently through the centralized call system
• Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining service excellence
• Collaborate with quality control, sales, and production teams to ensure timely product delivery
• Address customer inquiries by providing accurate information and effective solutions
• Observe production processes at facilities or jobsites to build comprehensive product knowledge

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
• 1-3 years of experience in dispatching within a similar industry
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Proficiency in using digital tools and apps across iOS and Android platforms
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and writing skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are highly desirable
