About the role
Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Maintain and update the online ordering system
- Action phone calls regarding various products and services
- Assist with checking orders in the warehouse as required
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer service (retail or office-based) is advantageous
- Excellent telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
- High level of computer literacy
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment
- A team player attitude with a willingness to learn
