Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to clients and providers regarding import/export customs clearance and shipment tracking
• Support the onboarding and administration of new clients, including system account configuration and query resolution
• Act as a liaison between internal departments to facilitate new client setups and inquiries
• Manage activities related to Continuous and Single Transaction Bonds for the Customs Agency Division
• Review and prepare orders according to client requirements and monitor compliance through transaction completion
• Resolve client issues and inquiries quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) to manage daily operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a customs agency or logistics environment
• Proven experience in the preparation of complex pedimentos
• Strong knowledge of Mexican foreign trade legislation
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office
• High level of organization, time management, and meticulous attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
