Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers regarding import/export clearance and shipment status.
• Act as a liaison between intercompany departments to assist with new customer onboarding and account setup.
• Manage Continuous and Single Transaction Bond activities for the US Northern Border Brokerage Division.
• Review and prepare orders according to customer requirements and monitor the fulfillment process.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve emerging account issues with accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook) to manage tasks and maintain organized workflows.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customs brokerage or logistics.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of Mexican Foreign Trade legislation.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
• Valid Passport and willingness to travel occasionally to other office locations in Canada, the USA, or Mexico.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
