Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers regarding import/export clearance and shipment status.
• Act as a liaison between intercompany departments to assist with new customer onboarding and account setup.
• Assist with the administration of Continuous and Single Transaction Bond activities.
• Review and prepare orders according to customer requirements and monitor the fulfillment process.
• Resolve emerging customer account issues with accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain organized documentation and utilize Microsoft Office tools to manage tasks and communications.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customs brokerage or logistics.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of Mexican Foreign Trade Legislation.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
• Valid Passport and willingness to travel occasionally to other office locations if required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
