Responsibilities

- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or telesales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is highly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
