Responsibilities
- Own the full client lifecycle including renewal outreach, estimate prep, install coordination, and in-season support
- Deliver high-standard service through fast, polite, and knowledgeable interactions
- Answer incoming calls and emails; send estimates and invoices via email and text
- Triage inbound requests for maintenance, add-ons, damage, and billing
- Solicit Google reviews and flag negative feedback to management
Requirements
- 2 years of office or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to work 36+ hours a week
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Experience with Salesforce, Front, or Brite Base
