Responsibilities

  • Own the full client lifecycle including renewal outreach, estimate prep, install coordination, and in-season support
  • Deliver high-standard service through fast, polite, and knowledgeable interactions
  • Answer incoming calls and emails; send estimates and invoices via email and text
  • Triage inbound requests for maintenance, add-ons, damage, and billing
  • Solicit Google reviews and flag negative feedback to management

Requirements

  • 2 years of office or customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to work 36+ hours a week
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience with Salesforce, Front, or Brite Base
