Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, or fax
• Coordinate with team members to ensure order accuracy, pricing, and customer satisfaction
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product and shipment information
• Participate in outbound communication programs and make sales calls based on established criteria
• Manage customer accounts and complete administrative tasks or special projects
• Identify opportunities for upselling and specialized services to meet customer needs
• Resolve customer complaints by offering timely solutions and following up to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of product availability, lead times, and inventory levels

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or a diploma in business (or equivalent)
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or business administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong time-management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with or knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
