Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately within ERP systems
• Confirm orders and provide customers with accurate delivery timelines
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone regarding order status and delivery schedules
• Resolve routine customer issues and escalate complex matters when necessary
• Liaise with logistics, warehouse, and planning teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor and contribute to team KPIs including order accuracy and response time
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies and regulations
• Support working capital management through timely invoicing and dispute resolution

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in customer service, order management, or supply chain operations
• Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Prior experience in chemical distribution, manufacturing, or B2B industrial environments
