Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage the full order life cycle, including accurate order placement, confirmation, and management of changes.
• Verify shipping, billing, pricing, and purchase order information to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain customer files with updated pricing, new items, address changes, and delivery instructions.
• Communicate effectively with internal sales staff and external customers regarding order status and issues.
• Document and resolve customer complaints and process product returns according to company procedures.
• Audit purchase orders for quantity, terms of sale, and special shipping instructions.
• Ensure all activities align with company safety, quality, and regulatory policies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using ERP and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving, listening, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to work overtime or on-call hours as needed.
