Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and margin growth by managing residential and light commercial HVAC equipment sales
• Partner with House Accounts and York Dealers to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Manage job orders, including order entry, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination
• Process warranty claims, product returns, and damaged equipment requests
• Provide product selection guidance, quoting, and post-sale support
• Assist with dealer inventory management, billing, and accounting tasks

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of HVAC industry experience
• 3+ years of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Strong numerical aptitude for calculating discounts, freight, and margin analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
