About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to customers by identifying financial needs and providing guidance on banking solutions
- Handle banking transactions and inquiries with seamless execution and accuracy
- Promote digital and self-serve banking options to help customers bank easily and quickly
- Conduct needs-based conversations to identify opportunities for everyday banking plans and credit cards
- Support branch operations, including cash reconciliation, inventory management, and opening/closing activities
- Follow risk and compliance policies to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy
- Collaborate with branch team members to achieve business objectives and enhance the customer experience
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers
- Digital literacy with confidence using tablets, smartphones, and online banking tools
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to respond flexibly to new challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is desirable
