Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects by identifying financial needs and providing guidance on banking solutions
• Handle banking transactions and customer inquiries with seamless execution
• Offer advice and guidance on digital and self-serve banking options to improve customer ease of use
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify opportunities for everyday banking plans and credit card products
• Support branch operational activities including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and opening/closing procedures
• Follow all risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy
• Identify and report suspicious activities related to money laundering

Requirements

• Availability to work Monday through Saturday (minimum 18.75 hours per week)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers
• Proficiency with digital tools, including tablets, smartphones, and mobile banking applications
• Ability to help customers gain confidence in using digital banking solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English is required; fluency in Farsi is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study
• Basic knowledge of personal and commercial banking products and services
