Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers by identifying financial needs and providing guidance on banking solutions and digital tools
• Support customer requests for banking services, including handling transactions and inquiries
• Offer advice and guidance on available digital and self-serve options to simplify the banking experience
• Review customer profiles and engage in needs-based conversations to identify opportunities for credit cards and everyday banking plans
• Manage, load, and reconcile cash transactions between treasury and various branch units
• Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy
• Contribute to branch business results and the overall customer experience through proactive engagement and referrals

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a business environment
• High level of digital literacy, including confidence using tablets, smartphones, and online applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond flexibly to new challenges
• Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to different branch needs or shifts
