Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers by identifying financial needs and providing guidance on banking solutions
• Handle banking transactions and customer inquiries with seamless execution
• Offer advice and guidance on digital and self-serve banking options to enhance customer experience
• Review customer profiles to identify opportunities for everyday banking plans and credit card needs
• Support branch operational activities, including cash reconciliation, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures
• Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve business objectives and service level agreements

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers
• Digital literacy and confidence using tablets, smartphones, and online banking tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for a business environment
• Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to respond flexibly to new challenges
• Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is preferred
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include different days, hours, and shifts
