Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects by identifying financial needs and providing guidance on banking solutions
• Handle banking transactions and customer inquiries with seamless execution
• Offer advice and guidance on digital and self-serve banking options to enhance the customer experience
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify opportunities for everyday banking plans and credit card products
• Support branch operational activities, including cash reconciliation, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures
• Follow all risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy
• Collaborate with branch team members to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive customer environment

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers
• High level of digital literacy, including confidence using tablets, smartphones, and online banking tools
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a business environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond flexibly to new challenges
• Organizational skills to ensure accuracy and completeness in work tasks
• Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is preferred, though no prior experience is necessary
