Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects by identifying financial needs and providing guidance on banking solutions
• Handle banking transactions and customer inquiries with seamless execution
• Offer advice and guidance on digital and self-serve banking options to improve customer ease of use
• Review customer profiles to identify opportunities for everyday banking plans and credit card needs
• Support operational activities including cash reconciliation, inventory management, and filing
• Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy
• Collaborate with branch partners to achieve business objectives and enhance the customer experience

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers
• Proficiency with digital tools, including tablets, smartphones, and online applications
• Basic verbal and written communication skills suitable for a business environment
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday (this is a part-time role requiring a minimum of 18.75 hours per week)
• Ability to work flexibly within branch hours and potentially across multiple locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study
• Experience helping others navigate digital applications and technology
