Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service by identifying customer needs and providing guidance on financial solutions and digital banking options
• Handle banking transactions, customer inquiries, and service requests with seamless execution
• Proactively engage customers in needs-based conversations to identify opportunities for everyday banking and credit card products
• Support digital adoption by offering advice and guidance on self-serve banking tools and applications
• Manage and reconcile cash transactions between treasury and various branch units
• Collaborate with branch partners to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall customer experience
• Follow all risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy
• Perform operational tasks including inventory management, filing, and opening/closing activities

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a business environment
• High level of digital literacy, including confidence using tablets, smartphones, and online banking tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond flexibly to new challenges
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a versatile branch team
• Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is preferred
