About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service by identifying customer needs and providing guidance on banking solutions and digital tools
  • Handle banking transactions, customer inquiries, and manage cash reconciliation between treasury and branch units
  • Proactively engage customers in needs-based conversations to identify opportunities for credit cards and everyday banking plans
  • Support digital adoption by helping customers navigate online and mobile banking applications
  • Execute routine operational tasks including inventory management, filing, and opening/closing activities
  • Follow all risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy
  • Collaborate with branch team members to meet business results and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for a business environment
  • High level of digital literacy, including confidence using tablets, smartphones, and online applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond flexibly to new challenges
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain a professional presence
  • Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is preferred
