Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers by identifying financial needs and providing guidance on banking solutions
• Handle banking transactions and customer inquiries with seamless execution
• Offer advice and guidance on digital and self-serve banking options to enhance customer experience
• Review customer profiles to identify opportunities for everyday banking plans and credit card needs
• Support branch operational activities including cash reconciliation, inventory management, and filing
• Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy
• Identify and report suspicious activities related to money laundering to ensure regulatory compliance

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a business environment
• High level of digital literacy, including confidence using tablets, smartphones, and online tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond flexibly to new challenges
• Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field of study is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to different branch locations or shifts as needed
