Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers by identifying needs and providing advice on financial solutions
• Handle banking transactions and customer inquiries with seamless execution
• Offer guidance on digital and self-serve banking options to enhance customer experience
• Review customer profiles to identify opportunities for everyday banking plans and credit card needs
• Manage, load, and reconcile cash transactions between treasury and branch units
• Support operational activities including inventory management, filing, and opening/closing procedures
• Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy
• Identify and report suspicious activity related to money laundering

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in a business environment
• High level of digital literacy, including confidence with tablets, smartphones, and online tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond flexibly to new challenges
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and a branch environment
• Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is preferred
