About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to BMO customers by identifying financial needs and providing guidance on banking solutions.
- Support customer requests for banking services, including handling transactions and inquiries with seamless execution.
- Promote digital banking adoption by offering advice and guidance on self-serve options and online tools.
- Engage customers in needs-based conversations to identify opportunities for everyday banking plans and credit card products.
- Manage and reconcile cash transactions between treasury and various branch units.
- Follow all risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and maintain privacy.
- Collaborate with branch team members to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connections with customers.
- High level of digital literacy, including confidence using tablets, smartphones, and online applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for a business environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond flexibly to new challenges.
- Ability to maintain a professional presence and a customer-centric focus.
- Post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is desirable but not required.
