About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person showroom visits
- Accurately enter and maintain customer, order, and product information in business systems
- Support day-to-day branch administration, including paperwork, documentation, filing, and scanning
- Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, and sales departments to meet customer requirements regarding product specifications and delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a customer service environment
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Demonstrated computer competency, specifically with MS Office
