About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person showroom visits
  • Accurately enter and maintain customer, order, and product information in business systems
  • Support day-to-day branch administration, including paperwork, documentation, filing, and scanning
  • Collaborate with marketing, warehouse, and sales departments to meet customer requirements regarding product specifications and delivery
