Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support by managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Follow up on quotations and enquiries to convert them into sales opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, warehouse, and sales departments, to meet customer requirements regarding product specifications and delivery
• Nurture and grow relationships with customers to uncover new business opportunities
• Identify and implement new ways to improve the customer experience and total value proposition

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a customer service environment
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
• Demonstrated computer competency, including proficiency in MS Office
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
