Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries
- Schedule and manage medical appointments
- Provide information regarding services and insurance coverage
- Enter and update data in information systems
- Coordinate referrals to doctors, diagnostic centers, and health services
- Handle cases with professionalism and a human-centric approach
Requirements
- University, TEI, IEK, or High School graduate
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
- Good knowledge of English
- Ability to work in shifts and rotating schedules
- Experience in telephone service or customer support is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
- Commitment to providing high-level customer service
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to effectively manage multiple requests
