About the role

Responsibilities

  • Help customers with queries in a contact centre environment
  • Offer resolutions to customer issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Work shifts between 7:45am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 1pm Saturdays (average 1 in 8)

Requirements

  • Passion for customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is ideal
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is helpful
