About the role
Responsibilities
- Help customers with queries in a contact centre environment
- Offer resolutions to customer issues
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Work shifts between 7:45am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday and 8am - 1pm Saturdays (average 1 in 8)
Requirements
- Passion for customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- Previous experience in a customer service environment is ideal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is helpful
