Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and CRM platforms
• Conduct consultation calls to assess client needs and recommend business setup structures
• Provide guidance on basic CRA compliance requirements including corporate taxes, GST/HST, and payroll
• Prepare and present proposals, pricing, and service agreements to clients
• Coordinate with internal Canadian tax and accounting teams for onboarding and service delivery
• Manage cross-border service requests by working with the Dubai team for UAE business setup solutions
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, and client documentation
• Promote services including monthly accounting, bookkeeping, tax filing, and business advisory
• Support sales initiatives, networking activities, and partnership opportunities in Canada
• Generate periodic sales and pipeline reports for management

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, business setup, or within an accounting firm/sales environment in Canada
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong confidence in client communication and consultative selling
• Highly organized and proactive with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Knowledge or background in accounting, tax, or CRM systems is an asset
