Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Convert leads from various marketing platforms into realized business
• Conduct client meetings to consult on the end-to-end UAE business setup process
• Educate clients on product offerings and local laws regarding business setup
• Present recommendations on business opportunities and advantages in different UAE zones
• Research client business models to determine implications in various jurisdictions
• Liaise with internal teams, licensing authorities, and bankers to ensure seamless company setup and account opening
• Prepare sales reports and ensure accurate, timely documentation submission
• Attend networking events and manage partner relationships to drive growth
• Upsell and cross-sell services to provide added value to clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and business development
• Proven track record of generating business with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing databases and documents
• Strong work ethic characterized by integrity, dependability, and accountability
